Rain support is pathetic

I have been having slow speed issues last 3 weeks or so. It is pointless calling them because they seem to think interaction between them and their clients is not necessary. Open a ticket and hope for some response is good enough for them, but all to happy to take your money every month. I reached a milestone recently where I actually got a response from them via email but after my follow up email was sent explaining the issues I received no reply. It is rather frustrating and worse that there is no interaction from them. I think it's time to drop this steaming pile and go with another ISP.

I do sincerely appologise for the experience that you have had with our Customer service center and in no way is that acceptable.

I would like to personally assist your further with this query if you don't mind sending me a PM with your account details so that we can troubleshoot this.

RAIN is still growing and we have to improve staff numbers to ensure that we have fewer customers being unattended too and make sure we serve our customers as best as possible.

I do thank you for the support so far as being a customer I hope we can turn this around for you instead of losing you.

I have ordered my rain simcard MONTHS ago....

I have emailed customer support about an issue 4 MONTHS AGO..... and received not one single reply
i keep emailing and keep receiving absolutely NOTHING!

I need someone to deal with this immediately...

I have a real struggle getting hold of support or any communication with rain since April. Submitting a support ticket fails every time. Getting an error every time "an error occurred please try again later". email does not work. chat is not available any more. So how do I get in touch with Rain support, or any communication with Rain?

Hi pretorda, my humblest apologies for the struggle , perhaps i could assist, could you please send me your email address via PM so that i could have a look into your tickets and assist where i can.
 
so i got a message at 9:52am this morning saying it'll be delivered today... again at 11:29

its now 4pm an hour until they stop delivering and i highly doubt im going to get a knock at the door within the next hour

i've cleared my entire schedule today and stayed home and it seems like its going to be for absolutely nothing
