Rain support team is useless

Hi all we have been without rain internet since Thursday and we spoke to their support team nothing is being done, all they keep saying is that the matter has been escalated and one of their support technicians will be in contact still now on Saturday there is no call and we are still without internet what is this this service called I mean we need to work no internet no work their router keep saying no connection and please scan for support, from their site nothing is being done its just another customer that can't do anything mxm

Your fault for contacting their "support team" directly.
By all acounts the only "support" they provide is through this forum.
