rain talk unauthorised sim detected

Hi,

Here is the issue.

Someone I know has a dual sim phone (Samsung S24) with a Vodacom + rain sim.

She can not get the Rain sim to work at all, Has changed APN's etc and just no service, Rain talk gives the title error.

Troubleshooting with RAIN has also not helped, any suggestions?

Definitely set to use the rain sim slot for data? Does removing the VC sim let the rain sim work?
