Rain Terrible service!!! Does not work

I took out a the 5g package with rain at the beginning of July 2020. Since I received the rain sim and router it never worked. I tried getting hold of rain via their support link as they do not answer phone and do not respond to emails. I sent countless emails and requests. I’ve tried cancelling it within the first 2 days. I have not received my refund as yet and on the 1st of August I was debited. Again. This is ridiculous. I have never seen a worst company. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend rain to anyone. Please can someone assist

What was the issues you experienced. 30mbps or premium? Have you tried DM'ing @rain_mobile or @rain_networks ?

but you are not alone. also got the 5g jst over a week ago but so far no issues.

Where are you located (generally) and what towers show up on your optimiser? Where is the router placed (indoors or outdoors)?

we located in mayfair west and when I did the test before taking out the 5g it showed excellent signal strength for 5g. I’ve got the indoor router. I cancelled but they debiting my account and I have not received my refund as yet and it’s now almost 1 month.I need to get this resolved as soon As possible. Who can assist me. I went to the rain offices as well and no 1 is on sit

Yes I have tried DMing them numerous times. The problem is the product doesn’t not work. Was running at 0.5 mb and after I cancelled they haven’t not refunded me yet and now yet again the have debited my account this month as well
 
Im sorry to hear that - their customer service HAS taken a huge hit - @nad_isa pinged the rain reps - they should be able to assist you or swap your indoor for an outdoor router if that would help

if you want to troubleshoot and give it a go maybe start a thread with your issues and post things like your signal/settings etc. there are guys on here that will try to help.

if not just keep pinging the reps..

Thanks I just need assistance regarding my cancellation and getting my refund and to stop rain from taking further debits on my account

I’m still waiting for them to reply my PM ! Honestly I second that , they have the worst reception ever
