Rain throttles Youtube

Tried a rain sim at my folks place.

A speed test achieves 10mbps

Anyway, when I use YouTube it struggles & buffers too much. I end up dropping it to 144p.

Install a VPN & Youtube streams in 720p.

Rain is having serious issues with all things Google

Might very well find they throttling all google things, well tweaking as people are abusing google drive on their network
