Rain tower location

Hi. How do I find out where the Rain tower is located in Tzaneen?

From the coverage map it seems like the tower is located on the top of a building in town (you don't see the normal 3 sector spread so cant have much elevation). Perhaps where the little blank patch is in the middle?
