I am having problems with my Telkom adsl line, and Helkom don't appear to want to fix it
Should I move to Rain LTE? Are they any good?

What is the best 4G/LTE-enabled device to use?

Indeed try it out for yourself as coverage and performance might differ from place to place.
My personal experience has been good, the coverage is decent in my area.

Telkom has started phasing out DSL and copper already hear of people that's telephone lines got replaced with telkom sims.
