Rain website is not user-friendly

I ordered & received my Rain Sim card through Takealot. I paid upfront for the unlimited package for R475. 00.The frustration was trying to register & Rica the card. I could Rica the first time because I didn't have the documentation ready. I have been on & off the website for the past 2 days. No direct link on their website to take me to the Rica process. So frustrating. All the enthusiasm I had after being introduced to Rain is evaporating

It's not just their website that isn't user-friendly.
Wait till the day you have to deal with their network.
But the top prize for this category goes to their support system! Hopefully you -- and even your enemies -- will never have to deal with their Customer Care Centre.
