Rain wifi

I'm struggling with my rain WiFi, it doesn't connect to any Huawei device. The WiFi is on and works on other devices except on my Huawei devices. The problem is not the Huawei devices but it's the WiFi. Because I can see other WiFi usernames including my neighbours except for mine. It's completely undetectable. Please assist. I've tried contacting Rain but no response.
