Huge shout out to Linray Samuels who actually took the time to ensure that my problem was sorted. I am now finally connected once again. Thank you, Linray, for phoning me back when you said you would and for sorting this out. I can now once again earn a living!

Hi,I just received yesterday a 5G 101 router,when I plug it doesn't do anything ,when I connect with Qr Code it says when it ask me to register says device not found.when I connect on the phone's wifi it says connected without internet .please help how do I connect this thing or maybe I need to return it cos I can't be paying for no services received
