Really I understand that people abuse vpn's but this is just silly as **** I am pretty pissed off.

Yea no it seems they just decided we will throttle everything on earth on the 4g uncapped bundle..... I just tested a few games, as soon as the game traffic goes above 1mbps it drops packets aswell normal steam downloads and http downloads are still fine

To answer your initial question, VOIP IS and will always be the most demanding service to provide by ANY network, followed by VPN, streaming, and then the rest.
The RAIN network is a complete fiasco and can't handle what we used to call "nailed up" "tieline" type of services.

Does it really take that much of the traffic vs poeple streaming?

Because it was working fine up to the new 1mpbs throttling on vps and android downloads etc
