I have cancelled my Rain 5g at the end of December 2022 and yet till now i get Rain harrasing me and refusing to cancel my contract. I have not used this service from then and yet they still billing me. Cant they see there is no traffic from their IP address. If anyone wants an ISP do not i repeat do not even consider Rain from their absoulte shitty service to their crappy network dont fall in their trap. IT IS THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER.
