RAM courier services (RAIN SIM card delivery)

I ordered a Rain SIM card last week Monday(04 May 2020) via the rain website and RAM was supposed to deliver it on Friday as an email was sent to me stating that my package was out for delivery. But I didn’t receive any package on Friday and when I tracked my parcel online on the RAM website, it says the “delivery was unsuccessful because no one was at home”. I was at home the entire day on Friday and there wasn’t anyone from RAM who came to my house. on Monday(11May 2020), I called the RAM customer service line and I was told they’ll arrange with the driver for my package to be delivered the following day(12May) I haven’t heard anything from RAM nor received my package.

This is hilarious because they pulled the same stunt with me. They even said they tried calling
 
DSV used that excuse with me too.

What irritated me is my phone was on the table next to me. It rang once and stopped. I had to user my airtime to phone them back, held on for 20 minutes for their customer service.
 
Go to your nearest clicks? And go to the pargo counter. Check the nearest clicks that stocks rain sims on rains website.

You are correct - a SIM can be collected from one of our Pargo Pick-up points. You can check for your closest point by visiting www.rain.co.za and selecting the "find a sim" tab will navigate you to a map where you will be able find your closest point.

What do paragraphs have to do with deliveries.
 
Since I’m not getting an answer elsewhere, do the simcards delivered via courier qualify for the 7 day free unlimited data?
 
Ordered Rain sim card on the 20th Dec 2020.Ram still hasn't delivered. Rain customer support are also quite
 
I recently ordered a sim swap for my rain sim I got delivered by ram but my order status still says queued for delivery and my sim is not working for the whole day I've been waiting for the activation to no avail
