I have Kingston Hyperx DDR2 800Mhz ram that doesn't get detected properly. I have 2x2GB (KHX6400D2LLK2/2GN) and 2x1GB (KHX6400D2/1G).

The 2GB sticks only pick up as 1GB each, whereas the other sticks seem to work ok. CPU-Z also shows different information for both of the 2GB sticks even though they are the same model.

Any ideas? Ram dodge or mobo giving me trouble?

Are your 2x2GB sticks in the correctly paired slots?
Check your mobo manual.

If you were to pair them(the 2Gb) in slots with the 1Gb sticks, they'll only register the smallest ram stick size for both slots(1GB x2).

If this is not the case, you prolly have dodge sticks.

Try and check what happens when you boot with the 2GB sticks only.
Good luck/

Yes, try the 2x2gig sticks by themselves and then see.

You should be arranging them as the motherboard manual suggests for dual channel, normally as follows:

2GB
1GB
2GB
1GB

Afaik 32bit windows can only address 4GB of memory. And some ddr2 motherboards can only handle 4GB of memory and some only 1GB per slot. Check what the manual says or post here which motherboard, chip and OS you have.

I did pair them with the corresponding slots but that was the result that I got. I checked the manual but I didn't see anything about the ram. The mobo is a DFI BI P45-T2RS and I am running windows 64. I have run 8GB of 667Mhz before though.
