Ram question..

Hello everyone,

My mobo book says i can use ram (max) ddr333.

Someone is in the classifieds is selling ddr500. Just to confirm with you guys, that yes i can use the ddr500 ram , but it will only run @max 333. Is that correct?

And, one other thing, my book also says that it needs to be 184-pin, i assume that the ram must also be that.

I think thats it....

dont think so must a typo as far as i know you get ddr333 ddr400 then you move over to ddr2 533 667 800 or higher

just ask the oke if its ddr 1 or 2

Ok, a little mistake - he's selling ddr400 (hynix brand)

So then thats OK for me?

yup your board will put it down to 333

should be fine, my advice is when u go and collect it make sure you take your pc so you can see its working
