RAM speed

I have a 512MB Hynix 1Rx8 PC2-5300U-555-12 RAM stick at home ... but I see nothing with regards to clock speed :/

A Google search shows me classified adds and I still don't see speed. Do those codes give me some type of indication?

The speed is 667mhz.Do a google search for pc2 5300 speed and you should find a few pages that say the same.

I might be wrong but i think that is a ddr2 667 module.
