RAM Tracking

has anyone got unsuccessful delivery on there tracking.
They have my order from rain but every morning it says out for delivery and then unsuccessful delivery at the end of the day.
this is happening for 2 days now and ram doesn't answer me
Today is the 3rd day that I get out for delivery but after 5 ill probably get unsussesful
I have been at the delivery address all the time

Sometimes happens when they have too many parcels to deliver. How don't they answer you? Have you tried phoning the local branch directly?

I have phoned them and all they say I will get it today but this was yesterday and didn't get it yesterday

Phone them again, and if you took down the name of the person, ask to speak to the same person. Put it to them that they need to prioritize your package now, since the excuse that the courier did not get to you, two days in a row, will not fly and is simply not acceptable.

I have just received it. When i login it shows failed to register. I take it that's waiting for the rica to complete
