I have 4Gig ram but would like 8Gig.
What RAM could/should I be looking to get?

Thanks in advance

You can use CPU-z to get detailed info on your current RAM modules in its SPD tab, and then you select the module # in a dropdown list.

Speccy seems to indicate that you have 2x 2GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9-9-9-24 memory modules, and I suppose they're running at 1.5V (which it does not show either).

It may be worth while to simply upgrade to 12GB of RAM, by buying 2x 4GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 1.5V modules.

That's a dell Dell-XPS-8300-Vostro-460-Intel-LGA1155-Motherboard-0Y2MRG-DH67M01-Y2MRG Desktop so the cheapest DDR3 1333MHz memory will do. You've got 4x RAM slots so if you're only using x2 at the moment you can get another x2 2GB sticks. DDR3 1600MHz should also work (In most cases) but clocked down to 1333Mhz.

Thanks Ponder and others.
It's always great to get advice being a noob.
