RAMdisk backup

Im running a specific program off a RAMdisk, now the obvious problem with a RAMdisk is power failures, restarts,Murphy's law etc. Is there anyway I can set it to automatically backup onto my hard drive eg every 10mins?

May I ask the size RAM Disk you're using and the reason for using one?

64Mb, Running AI system on BOINC, which is very hard drive intensive especially on a multi core system.
