Want to get this discussion going again as the frustration is going to drive me bonkers.
I currently connect through one of the 011 869 exchanges and most nights the service is unusable due to the latency and packet loss.
I have personally tried 3 different ISP's and sit with varying degrees of the same problem on each (Will do some tracert's this evening).
The only fibre coverage I've been able to identify so far is on the Meyersdal side of the R59 which doesn't help me either.
Anyone else experiencing a major degradation of ADSL services almost every evening in the Randhart / Meyersdal / Alberton area? How have you resolved it?
Is there anyone aware of any plans to upgrade/improve the existing infrastructure?
