Hi guys
I have got a Vodacom contract that's about 4 months old. There were the random SMS or call that would come through for some random person, but I wrote this down to the number rotated and someone else using it in the past.
This has now become a real pain. I receive up to 20 calls a day for different people and a real increase in SMS's. This includes banking OTP's and other relatively confidential information that is sent by SMS.
It is becoming a serious headache! I know Vodacom can't do anything about controlling who has the number, but is it possible to request the number to be changed altogether?
Any advise is welcome
