Random loud street gatherings

Mostly on weekends but also the occasional week night, while my partner and I are sleeping say after 11 or midnight, we get these random street gatherings outside. Noisy as hell with a few random cars parked around and all of the people are talking or shouting at the top of their voices with loud music. I listen to their "discussions" but they mostly sound drunk and incoherent.

It's a fairly upmarket area surrounded by complexes and we stay on the third floor overlooking the street side so it is very unnecessary and imo an inappropriate place for them to gather like this.

Anyone know of any easy to assemble remote detonation devices I can strap the biggest bloody fireworks from the local China Mall? I want to assemble something in and around the area they always stop on the street. I can't confront them without painting a target on my house and to hell if calling the cops would solve anything.

Claymore mines should do the trick. Have a nice 60 degree spread and range of roughly 100m. My preferred choice of 'crowd control' device since the army days.

A bit hard to come by nowadays and can be a bit destructive.

We used to have a group of people congregating right outside our little piece of the complex - so I started chucking the dog **** over the wall to where they used to hang out. Sorted that problem out in two ticks.

Claymore is ideal, but you cannot buy them. I suggest an IED. Watch some Afghanistan doccies and start building.
