My Vox acccount has been acting very weird the past week or so. Sometimes the international speed is great and at other times I barely get 5Mbs on my 100Mbs unshaped capped account. My setup/line is fine since my Afrihost account works without a hitch. It seems to be network related since the speed depends on the IP allocated when the session is refreshed (i.e. logging out and back in). Dealing with support hasn't been very useful in general except that after the 5th time contacting them, the agent refreshed the connection, mentioned something about IP duplication (on my router's side apparently?) and requested that the router not be reset. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue as I am or is it just me? Do you know when we can expect it to be fixed?
