Randpark Ridge ADSL Speed Problem

I recently arranged a 1Mb uncapped line with Mweb. It's been active for about a week, but is pretty useless. Here are the results of a test I just ran:

Download Speed: 43 kbps (5.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 185 kbps (23.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 663 ms

Phoned Mweb, and was basically told to try again when the lines are not so busy???

I'm in Randpark Ridge, and as far as I know my exchange is Assvoelkop.

Anyone out there experiencing similar problems in this exchange area?

We've had to move to a wireless solution at our office's in Randpark Ridge because of the exchange congestion in the area.

I also went wireless with Iburst a few years back, but was hoping things had changed so I am trying DSL again. MWEB Guy's are on the case, but I'm not sure if there is much that can be done.

Our office is on a dedicated 10Mb wireless, so it works far better than ADSL but it also costs far more
