This isn't a broadband issue, so I guess this is the best forum to post in. I just got back from one of the local Vodashops from which I order two weeks ago, to the day, a Nokia E51. I was promised it would be delivered early this week. I just got told by quite a cheeky woman that the order only shipped on the 10th...she didn't even bother to check if my phone was actually included in that shipment. Anyway, she then said that it'll be here next week and confirmed it when I queried the possibility of that happening. I've imported a few goods and I know that a ship doesn't travel to SA in a day or two. I also know that it takes more than a couple of days for goods to clear customs. I'm getting a bit sick of this, especially since a friend of mine got his E51 on the same day, and he's at CellC which, one would think, has far less resources than Vodacom. I'm not happy about this. Any ideas?
