I've got the iBurst Addict wireless broadband package via @lantic. I'm allocated 15Gig of data per month, but usually only use about 10Gig and the surplus where carried over up until a point where i was allocated 60Gig and actually forfeit 15Gigs. Last month i ended with 40 Gigs surplus, thus i should have started the month of with 60Gig again and forfeit 15Gig as per the "bucket system", but to my horror, iBurst / @lantic allocated me only 15Gig.
I've spoken to iBurst accounts about issue, but they declined to assist me as the account was entered into via @lantic. I called @lantic 3 times and have left the account manager "Renier" two messages to call me back as once my call was transfered to the sales department and the other two attempts were handled by Lucinda and Selma whom both could not assist me and took the messages for Renier. According to Lucinda, Renier would have returned my call by 10h00.
Should I just cancel with @lantic and sign up with iBurst directly?
I had to domains hosted with @lantic / Data Pro and spent a total of R 3200.00 p/m with @lantic for internet and hosting. I had to migrate the domains away due to poor service, but kept the iBurst of R 999 p/m as there was rarely issues with it, until now. Now I recall how frustrated I was with @lantic was back in 2009, with the hosting debacle. I think it's time to move on again.
