Rape Day Game

People really need to get over it in my opinion.
Virtual rape will always be better than real rape.

We are all sick in our own way.
Some people enjoy movies that exist only to be gore fests. There are people who enjoy it and people who think they are sick.
People enjoy movies like the human centipede. I think its gross, but who am I to judge those who enjoy it?

Studies have showed that up to 57% (between 31 - 57%) of women have had rape fantasies. For up to 19% it is their primary sexual fantasy. Would they want to be raped in real life? Of course not, but they are still sexually aroused by the idea.

At the end of the day it's just virtual entertainment. As long as it does not manifest into real action against real people, I don't give a stuff.

Think about this.

Anyone played this? Thinking about picking it up for my son, he's 17 but I'm sure he'll be okay with this.

Yeah, I am inclined to think not either, but at the same time, when it comes to certain aberrant behaviours, it's probably worth trying to find out if the media we consume has an effect, positive or negative and as a society adjust appropriately, if necessary.

As for murdered animals, you can't murder an animal, and 99.999999% of your ancestors ate animal flesh - you wouldn't exist if they hadn't. Eating animals isn't inherently immoral, although the associated, unnecessary cruelty, and consequences for the environment might make it so.

Murder was the wrong word, fair. But my point is simply that for me, morality confuses the **** out of me, as I often don't find it very logical in practice, personally.
 
There is also V-Tech Rampage, a flash game that allows you to carry out the Virginia Tech shooting.

Another case of the media making a big hoopla over something that got on their radar which they don't even understand. It's not even a game but just a story where you click through. There's a ton of Japanese visual novels that the western media would find morally reprehensible.

So under this heading how is it different from many films including rape? Sorry but I don't see a difference. Not my foray but then neither are visual novels per se.

Guess they failed. So it's now facebook, twitter, youtube, gofundme and steam failing the free speech test.
 
There are a few "games" like it like Doki Doki Literature club, which also relies on shocks but was slightly more mainstream and dealt with less sensitive issues(suicide and murder instead of rape).

The developer has now made the game free to play as nobody wants to sell it, so it is available on piratebay. I believe there is also a SA petition going around to ban it.

I am going to download it tonight :sick::cool:

Can say I tried something the SJWs haven't, played it before the SA petition to ban it went thru and can confirm to myself that if I don't have an urge to rape somebody after playing a clicky book game. Also only 300 megs, pfft
 
Seriously, a load of crap. it is like those pick your own adventure books. On the plus side the rapist dies on multiple occasions

I think both crimes are on the same level.
Someone innocent is in their home a person goes in and murders that person violently. Family of the murdered person is sad and angry...

I have not played murder games like Saw but if anything like the movies then it pretty much falls into this same category as this rape game.

Any game that would require the player to torture a person would also fall in this same category as well.

Agreed.

However I do think that murder is not as bad because its a short moment of suffering followed by no longer existing, vs rape which is a short moment of suffering followed by a traumatized period that can be lengthy.

You define bad as the event + time to recover for the affected person alone.

I on the other hand do not connect these crimes just to the affected person but the affected people as well. The family and friends also suffer due to the crime that was committed.
