Batsmen's nightmares have come true with this Pakistani teenage possessing a rare ability

Question: What’s more dangerous than a fast bowler who can bowl 145kph?

Answer: A fast bowler who can bowl 145kph with both arms!

Ambidextrous Pakistani Yasir Jan was discovered during Lahore Qalandar’s ‘Jazz Rising Stars’ trials in Rawlpindi recently, catching the eye of onlooking scouts including former Pakistan paceman Aaqib Javed.

Javed said the raw Yasir could be a "very good" bowler within a year. He is reportedly faster with his right arm but generates more bounce with his left. "This is the first time I have seen a bowler who can bowl fast with both arms," Javed told Geo News.

Yasir, originally from Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, currently resides in Islamabad, and says he has been bowling with both arms since childhood.

wow. that is a rare talent. breaking the 140km/h threashold is not that common, but being able to do that wiht both arms.

oh, I will come around the wicket as a left armer to the right hander, but over the wicket as a right armer to the left hander.

fine they want to play a left right combo as the openers, I dont mind....

I would hate facing him !!!

Pace is no problem but to adjust from left to right within the same over? NOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! That is very cool. His action with his right hand is very Dale Steyn like, particularly at the gather.

Interesting question ?

If a batter can switch hit with no fore-warning....should this bowler also just run up and bowl with which ever arm he wishes too ?

That will require a Law change, as it is specified in the Laws of Cricket that the bowler must inform the umpire of his intentions.

yeah....laws do favour the batsmen almost unfairly IMO....

Perhaps it is time for ICC to take this into account.

If a dude is talented enough to bowl with both hands....by all means do it !!!

Batsmen are having it far too easy ATM.....
