Have anyone been able to get to Rapidshare? I need to download a program update that the developer put on Rapidshare and since Monday I can't get Rapidshare to load and to trust the PO!!!! A previous update DVD that was posted from Germany had to be reposted three times before it finally arrived

Update

Rapidshare is being blocked by SAIX - I tried using a proxy service and Rapidshare loads without any problems at all. Rapidshare confirmed that there is no problem with their servers - some of the Indian ISP's were blocked due to an attack on their servers but no other countries have ben blocked.

So what the F*** is SAIX doing?

OMG! Here too! WTF? SAIX is really ****ed up!

Internet Explorer:

Open IE, click Tools> Internet Options>Connections>Lan Settings>Click the checkbox which says "use proxy server for LAN etc." Enter the proxy as cache.saix.net and at the port type in 8080> Tick bypass proxy for local addresses, click ok ok and try it again.

Firefox:

Click Tools>Options>Advanced>Network>Settings>Click Manual Proxy Configuration> enter the proxy and port, click "use for all protocols">ok ok, try it again ;) :D :p

Thanks,terraside.......but it's no help........still getting the same sh....

I've tested establishing a connection to RapidShare and I also get a 500 Error Code returned to me. Teraside's tutorial should work, as I could establish a connection using the SAIX proxy.

Cool beans ;) For some reason I get "forbidden" message today if I try to use it, guess it's the gateway I'm on, I'll reboot the router later.
