charge the local police with negligence... or aiding and abetting a crime.
 
killing them would be too kind. I want these criminals displayed in public with not protection from authorities at all! But that would make for a backward civilization... So no! But still they should be brought to justice asap! I cannot help but wonder how quickly this would be solved had it been a high profile politician attacked?
 
Our Police has become so inept thanks to AA and cronyism that criminals can get away with virtually everything. Drastic intervention is needed but the ANC does not give a ****.

This is sad. If the police did their bloody work she wouldn't have been raped the first time, not even to think a second time. Bloody disgusting and it is a disgrace to the bloody police.
