I've been thinking about this for a while and come to this conclusion. Repeat rapists are NOT rehabilitatable.

So I suggest the following law for ALL countries:

If you are found guilty of rape for the second offence or rape with physical violence, you should receive a LIFE sentence with NO chance of parole, EVER.


What do you think?

Death penalty. First castrate him. Then electrocute him. Then hang him. Then burn him at the stake. Then drown him. Then shoot him. Then cremate him just to make sure he's dead.
 
Why life? If you cannot take your opportunity to make your life worth something and you take away other people's ability to live their one life without some horrific disgusting rape to get over they should dig a hole, shoot you and call it a day.

Save money on feeding these sick people and it will send a very very clear message.
 
Kill them so they won't do it again and also we don't have to feed them with our tax money.
Imagine your wife/daughter getting raped and the @+-/!? that did it walks free after few weeks cos someone lost the file. Kill him is the only Democratic answer.

Strip him, tie him up in a foetal position and give him life in prison.

Good point. I am against death penalty, as anyone is capable of killing someone when in a state of rage or weakness. Serial rape/murder is a different story. I think someone who kills with no remorse or for kicks should be executed, but it is difficult to draw the line. The unfortunate thing about death penalty is that there will always be victims of the system, think Fred vd Vyfer. Plus, they end up serving 10-15years sitting in death row.

It is very expensive to keep a person in the department of correctional services for life. They get food catered for them by the sub contractors bosasa, they get tv catered for them by the sub contractor sondolo and they get the best medical treatment for anything that bothers them. All this costs the tax payers a lot of money. They have more human rights in prison and this blocks the correctional officers from doing there jobs properly. They even have the right to vote and choose the leaders of our country, even after they have taken an innocent persons rights away. And a life sentence is not life anymore, its 25 years. The death sentence should be implemented for all schedule six crimes and this includes rape with the intention to harm. This should make all potential criminals think twice before committing a violent crime.

So it's purely a matter of economics? If people get expensive, we should kill them?

What are the stats on death penalty as a deterrent, do you know?

What if you execute an innocent person, isn't that murder? Who stands trial for that murder?

their death does not have to serve anything. It's what he deserved which IS death. This whole story about no one deserves to die is absolute nonsense. If you're a cold blooded killer / serial rapist, you deserve death, a quick death, immediate, pull the plug.
