Raru poor service and refusing my return

So I bought a Steelseries Rival 110 from Raru's online store. First the item showed ex stock and I had to wait 16 days to receive my goods.

After receiving the product I updated the drivers and firmware but there are this constant lag on the mouse very 30 seconds or so. I have requested a return with no response after a week from Raru. Every time I wright a review they delete it from their website (no cursing).

There service is just piss poor and I cant believe I cant refund or return the mouse.

Any ideas on what I need to do to get this done? Surely these people cant just do what they want to ? I have read many other complaints on hellopeter about them for the same thing.
 
Looks like they really have gone to the dogs.

Thought it might have just been the busy Christmas period, but I won’t buy from them again given that their service is still terrible.
 
Had a bad experience with them, not likely to ever buy from them again.
 
Sad to hear, have ordered a few things including a mouse from them and have been happy with the service to date as I've not hit any snags.
 
I bought a bloodborne shirt instantly regretted taking a medium, the next day I contacted them, and they basically said tough titties, it did fit so i was lucky, But not the response from them i was hoping for.
 
Op did you get sorted?
Lots of threads recently about RARU fking it up, I've also got a refund issue.
 
Very sad to see this. Up until recently, I held them in quite high esteem. I hope they get their act together because the reputational damage they're inflicting upon themselves will take a long time to reverse.
