I have that case with 2 fans. I disconnected them after a few months because they started making a noise.I managed to get 2 x PI 4 from Diyelectroincs. They don't have power supplies though.
Which of these 2 cases would you choose ?

Is this the aluminium case ?I have that case with 2 fans. I disconnected them after a few months because they started making a noise.
They are effective though and do help to cool the pi down.
I would prob still this case over the poly, as the aluminium aslone helps dissipate the heat.
Where did you buy the case from ? How much is it ?Agree. I have the Flirc case where the case is the heat-sink and never have trouble. Don't bother with fans.
Yebo that's it.Is this the aluminium case ?

We bought this case recently from Communica. Works very similar to the Flirc case and doesn't use fans. We run our Raspberry Pi's 24/7 (Pi 3's that is). Need to switch to Pi 4 8GB. Test unit been running 2 weeks now monitoring overheating of the Pi 4. Thus highest temp logged was 45 deg Cel.Where did you buy the case from ? How much is it ?
Any idea where I can get a power supply for the Pi v4 in Durban ?
Diyelectronics and Mantech have no stock.
