Raspberry Pi 2 Model B - Not Booting

I've got 3 brand new RPi 2's one from Element14 and 2 from RS Components..

I first for the one from a family member who got it from a Element 14 reseller, I'm using a 5v 2A psu, and don't get any picture on the screen, the red LED comes on along with a green LED, but the green LED goes off after a while and the red stays on. I tested the psu on my old RPi 1B and it works fine, but on the RPi 2's it doesn't work.

I assumed it was faulty and ordered 2 more RPi's from RS, but I'm having the same issue.

Any idea what could be the issue? Could it be the psu?

Sorted

I was using the same image from the old Pi on the new Pi, since the processors are different, it wouldn't boot, I just downloaded Raspbian jessie and it booted

Now I just have to upgrade my old image so I can keep my configuration and it should work
