Raspberry PI still not arrived 5 months and counting

I ordered my Raspberry PI on the 3 July from RS Electronics. It was dispatched for delivery on the 14 November. It has still not arrived. RS Electronics take 3 days to respond to emails and all I've got from them is they will look into it. When I first ordered I was under the impression that it would be couriered to my physical address and I would be able to track it. I found out that it has now been posted and there is no tracking information available. I think this is really poor service. Can anyone help me sort this out through a local RS contact. For those of you thinking of ordering stay away from RS. Rather try the local classifieds.

Yeah - it's been a total screwup.

Mine is supposed to arrive 20/12/2012 we'll see.

Eish. It looks like everyone will have to accept that it will never arrive. I wonder how many people are in the same boat?

Eh, what is the time period of waiting if you guys were to order another one now? If the chances of it arriving are better then cancel previous one or sell it on here (Carbonite etc).

I would also take this up with management high up, who wants to phone and make a moan?

i did - eventually got my money back - even though, according to my last correspondence, TWO had been sent to me.
