Raspberry Pi - Where to get?

Nobody has stock. Is this due to the whole chip shortage thing?
Is it worth back ordering with someone? I need a couple for some digital displays. Two or 3 would be ok tho more would not be unwelcome. Ideally Pi 4's but I can also make 3B+'s work too if necessary.
