"Rate my app" - like or hate?

I have just downloaded another voice recorder which shows promise, but there is no contact details in the app to provide feedback to the dev, apart from finding the app in the Store and submitting a review.

Don't mind me but...Practical uses?
Exportable to PC?

I do a lot of interviews and find the voice recorder very useful if I don't have my dictaphone with me/need to conserve carrying space.

The one voice recorder I like very much has a Windows server so it is easy to transfer files to computer via wi-fi, in addition to OneDrive uploading. However, it does not have a record pause button, nor is it possible to fast forward/reverse during playback!
