Rate Web Squad (Not Official)

It seems unfair that Web Squad didn't get their own rating thread, so I thought I'd create an unofficial one. So I'm doing a forum survey on how happy subscribers are with their ISP. Please rate Web Squad in the poll above based on value-for-money, network quality, and general service satisfaction.

Also please tell us what Web Squad does well, and where they can improve. Post your answers in this thread.

At least the results can show here on the forum, even if not in the official survey.

I've had nothing but good service and support from them. The only issues I've had with the network was a slightly higher ping over the last few weeks due to the cable breaks.

Also please tell us what Web Squad does well, and where they can improve.

The good:
* I have yet to have a technical issue that was a direct fault of Web Squad.
* Great forum presence
* They give detailed replies to tickets/forum questions - never these generic answers from larger ISP's.
* They have the best ping for the game I play. They created a VPN that allowed some of my team mates to test the speed on their network as if they were on Web Squad - subsequently a few of them moved over.

The bad:
* Tickets sometimes can take a while to get a reply - usually faster on the forum.
* Their website - especially on a mobile

Amazing forum presence.

The bad:
