Rates charges - Midrand/Centurion

Hi Forumites, I'm looking to buy a small house (budget R800k - R900k) in either; Vorna Valley/Noordwyk - Midrand area or Reeds, Centurion. I just want to get an idea of what the rates, water & lights charges are in this area. My son goes to Centurion College, daughter in Midrand primary school & I work in Midrand. So am looking at convenience & affordability! Any members in these areas that can volunteer some figures? Thanks!

In Highveld:
Property rates: 370
Waste management: 100
Electricity: dependant on usage: R1.01 / KWH
Water and Sanitation are tied together: dependant on usage: R7.16 / KL

Although I have also received several "Financial charges" which are anything from increasing my deposit, to recovering their losses for the previous financial year.
