This is the message I received from the transferring attorney today.
"The message received from Council refers to an internal update by Council in respect of Land Use Management and unfortunately this is beyond our control."
Any idea what this is?

Today it is 15 working days after paying for the rates clearance certificate. Still waiting.

And when did was your rates clearance certificate applied for? This year? 2020? Which month?

The current status is “documents verified”. That was the message the attorneys received from the CoCT this morning.
Marco, did you have any joy yet? In the same situation as you and my status was just updated to documents verified.

It took 2 days after the documents verified notice of us to receive the rates clearance certificate.
