Howsit guys

I'm looking for a good quality yet cost effective razor blade (preferably one where you use the double edged blade)
I would like a clean baby face shave daily
What I find is that if I shave on a Monday, I have stubble on Tuesday and since its short stubble, my razor doesnt get it out full whereas if I wait until Wednesday, my razor can get it out clean

Any suggestions?

What's the name of that actor that only looks manly with a few days of stubble growth. but looks like a manservant cleanly shaven? Anyway. don't sweat the unshaven look, it might work for you like that guy.

If it grows this quickly grow out a very neat short beard. Been rocking my "short beard" since 2007. Itchiness lasts a week or so then its never itchy again also very easy to maintain just need a trim every two weeks - use a wahl and a "shave" for edges once a week

So I stopped buying Gillette a few years ago, since they started hating men. Also rocking a beard. Cheap whal set incuding beard trimmer keeps it neat.

Snap - Although I still use my Gillette + wahl combo

@Codebreaker007 a well kept beard is very acceptable in professional environments too just FYI

Did switch from Gillette to Shick, but the Shick got blunted sooner as compared to the Gillette. It takes me about 3 weeks to get a proper beard.

Are you purple faces alter ego?

Stopped buying over priced Gillette blades years ago. Farkum.

I go to our local barber shop for a hair cut and a clean shave once a month.

Nothing like having a thin steel cut throat blade caressing your throat to appreciate a clean shave

Razorpit Teneo. I recommend this gizmo. Bought one from Makro many years ago, but I see it online. It is a flat rubber surface that you rub the blades up (other material like a piece of denim would work too) about 3/4 times. Use it when the blade starts getting blunt, then about once a week. Doubles the life of the blade, I'd estimate.
Here's what they say about it:

Razor blades are not dull. They are just dirty. Five years of research made it possible to clean and sharpen all razor blades. Independent scientific tests has proven that Razorpit removes organic material that accumulates on the edge of the blades. How much do you spend on new blades each month? Save a small fortune on razor blades with this revolutionary gadget.

Razorpit is built on the same technology as the barber strop used by professional barbers for decades. The barber strop removes the organic material that makes a razor knife feel dull. The new RazorPit technology works with all razor blades, even cartridge, disposable and DE blades. Guaranteed to extend the life of your razor blades, and give you a sharp, smooth and comfortable shave every day.

Features:

Up to 150 shaves on a single razor blade!
Eco friendly and patented design
Cartridge and razor stand included
Cleans and sharpens all razors
Removes organic material build up on razor
Works on all razor blades, including cartridge and disposable blades
