Razoweb Signup and followup, support process

Hey guys hopefully there is a Razoweb sales rep.

I am really disgusted with Razoweb service sofar.
I signed up during this week and made the payment, and now I am still without internet, tried phoning and no one was "available" for support or even accounts.

Hi Xander,

Would you kindly check your e-mail provided for your log in details? The automated system message was sent to your registered e-mail yesterday at 12:11. Should you be unable to find the e-mail, please send me your e-mail address via PM so I am able to forward the log in details again.

I know we've had an immense amount of calls yesterday and missed more calls than we should. Again, please accept my sincerest apologies for the service levels experienced yesterday. I will address this with the relevant personnel and management today.

@Indo thank you very much, and I did not receive a email, the consultant mailed me they want my Telkom account number and if I want to convert my line or is it a new line, now all of this I did fill in on the online application for this so why must I provide that again, plus I do not know my Telkom account number and they do not send me mail thus the movement, sick of bad service.

and yet again i am phoning 031 837 7088 and no one is answering!!!!!!!!!!

and phoning 031 830 5226 gives me "the person at extension 5226 is unavailable, please leave a message"

Good morning Xander,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The agent who was on duty and supposed to have taken the call when you phoned has had his contract cancelled for not complying with the terms and conditions as set out in the contract he signed when starting employment with RazoWeb.

Our MD will / has been in touch with you personally today.

@Indo, thx for the help, rudi has helped a lot as well as Jeremy!!!!!! Line is up and running great, will def recommend Razoweb to all my friends and gamers.
