RBM Quality

There are only a few threads on RBM in this forum, and most of them seem to complain about RBM. So I would like to know from RBM contract users:
1. How is data quality on RBM, I've read about regular disconnects with data (which is a problem I had with Virgin as well)?
2. How is customer service when you call the RBM customer service line, are agents generally clued up and helpful or utterly worthless like Virgin?

If you have Cell-C coverage, it is great. There have been lots of reports of problems roaming on the Vodacom network though.

2. How is customer service when you call the RBM customer service line, are agents generally clued up and helpful or utterly worthless like Virgin?

RBM don't have a separate customer service line. When you call 140 you end up at Cell-C.
