Hi everyone, as per thread title, have anyone here on the forum heard of the "RCT Dyness" Li-ion batteries?
My dad phoned me today, asking if "RCT Dyness" can be trusted.
I never heard of it. From a quick google, there is some renderings, that they look like the Pylontechs.
Also, he sent me a price list,
RCT Dyness B4850 48V 2.4KWhR13899.95
RCT Dyness B3 3.55KWh R21249.95
Pylontech US2000 48V 2.4KWhR14899.95
Pylontech US3000 48V 3.5KWhR21699.95

This system is intended for their local church, to have backup electricity during Sunday service and in the week for the church office, when there's loadshedding. They have more loadshedding than the other areas, because the municipality implements its own "loadshedding" from what I heard. The power is more out than on per day.
They would need 3 of these, as far as I understand it, also their setup is 3 5KW Axpert inverters, paralleled to make max 15Kw peak if need to be.
I don't think this inverters is new enough to be connected to the Pylontechs/Dyness batteries like most people's setup is there out there, was installed around 2015/2016.
Regarding the price, going for the PylonTechs is worth it?
Any advice?
