How can one bypass the Customer Care or Data Help desk to het straight to management or the CEO?
It is useless to talk to the Customer Care Centre or the Technical Data Help Desk.
All they know is to tell you to change your settings, re-install your software, or Take your modem to a Cell-C Shop to upgrade the software.
there is nothing wrong with my modem and have wasted a lot of money just to be told by the Cell-C shop that there is nothing wrong with the modem, IT IS A NETWORK ISUE.
Does anyone have the Ombudsman's contact. I am sick and tired of wasting money on Cell-C.
Or if you do have Cell C CEO Alan Knott-Craig number, please supply it to me so that I can get to him in person.
