Re-connect DSTV for holiday

I only use the DSTV service when on holiday in SA, and usually I don't have too much of a problem doing this, but this time I cannot get through to the PE number, and when trying the JHB number I go into a que of more than 100 and then Skype disconnects after waiting on hold for about 5 mins.
If I use my cell phone to call them it'll cost R100 or more !!!

How the hell do you get through to these twatts ?
 
Just send your money in your envelope, they don't really care about you as a customer, they just want the money.
 
I remember struggling as well. So I phoned the JHB number and got help! Try them all...

I've never had problems connecting to the Cape Town number, so if all else fails, why not call that number, but for quick results I use their DICON number, the 083 900 3788 and that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
 
Got though to JNB at about 7:15 this morning - short wait and was reconnected within a minute - PE call center number still down.
