Now I needed to run some testing on an HD PVR before a full install. So I connected the PVR through MC and when done I ask them to disconnect the PVR and re-connect the single view. For that privilege MC are charging a re-connection fee...

Surely disconnection should only apply to my account not what I do with my decoder. Might as well charge us for using the call centre (they already do with their VAS-rated numbers?).

I kicked up a fuss and they said they will "try" to reverse it, but the drone said he believes the request for a refund will be rejected. I am preparing a long letter in case they turn me down this time.
