If you're going 64 bit you might as well use 4GB of RAM, its dirt cheap. Get yourself some budget memory if you were thinking of expensive stuff instead, unless you really plan on doing big OC's.

I'd also go with Vista 64 if you want to use 64bit. Make sure to get yourself SP1 asap.
