HI Guys,

Recently bought a Cyber Snipa Gaming Mouse, R250. Other day it just stopped tracking. All the buttons and the scroll wheel work but when i try to move the mouse the pointer on screen doesnt move. Tested with ps2 and different ubs mouse. Reinstalled drivers from cd and then from internet.

Only thing left I can think of is formatting. I have tried different surfaces and plugging/unplugging

threw away all the boxxing by accident awhile ago so they won't accept it

Did you try it on another PC? No use formatting if the rodent is whacked

ummm dude

when something breaks u do not need the box, all you need is your receipt

if this company wont accept a damaged item that has a receipt and no box you need buy your pc hardware elsewhere

they dont need the box to swop out warranty items

Try it on a differnt PC and if that does not work take it back all you need is proof of purchase!
