Re sound card

Hi I have uninstalled XP Pro and reinstalled XP Home and I reinstalled my sound card but everytime I put the driver disk in I keep getting "error loading streamci the specified module could not be found.The sound card I tried on another PC and it is fine and I tried a USB card in the slot and that is fine
The sound card is Isonic IS-AD-S6 5.1 Channel PCI Sound Card
